Replacing my driver or transformer.
Does your built-in driver or transformer need to be replaced after a long life? Or have you lost a separate driver? Then it is of course a shame for both you and the environment to immediately have to buy a new lamp, especially if you do not think the lamp needs to be replaced yet. That is why we at Lucide have separate drivers and/or transformers available for many of our designs. You can order these through a point of sale in your region, which you can easily find via the page “Find your point of sale”.

Want to replace a driver or transformer yourself?
If it concerns a lost driver or transformer that has not been built in, you can easily replace it yourself. However, we always advise against replacing a built-in driver or transformer yourself without specific technical knowledge. When in doubt, it is always better to ask an expert for help.
How do I know if the driver or transformer I'm looking for is available?
It is best to look up the Lucide product you have purchased in our webshop. On the page for this item, there is a section at the bottom with the name “Service parts for this article”. In this section, if available, the appropriate driver and/or transformer is displayed, along with all other service parts available for this item.
How do I order my driver or transformer?
Again, without specific technical knowledge, never get started with a built-in driver or transformer. If you want to order a driver or transformer, it is best to contact our authorized sales points. You can find these quickly and easily on the “Find your point of sale” pages.
Tip: Call or email the shop first so that they can order the desired driver or transformer especially for you, they do not have these in stock as standard. Always ask for advice and help if you do not have the right expertise.
