We advise you to look up the lamp you have purchased in our webshop. At the very bottom of the relevant page of that fixture you will find all available service parts in the section called “Service parts for this article”. If you think you already recognize the specific part on this page, you can also click on it. At the bottom of the page for a specific part is a section “Service part suitable for”. Here the various lamps are shown for which the specific part is suitable.
How do I order my part?
You can order the part through an authorized sales point in your region. Select the shop of your choice via the “Find your point of sale” page. If the desired part is not in the webshop, we unfortunately do not have this specific part available.
Tip: Call or email the retailer for the part you want. In almost all cases, they have to order this specific part especially for you, and do not have it separately in stock.
