As you have come to expect from us, we at Lucide are always focusing on innovation. We are currently working on an update of the login process to further guarantee the security of your account(s). As of 23/11/2021, logging in will no longer be possible by using your customer number and password. Instead, you can login using your email address combined with a chosen password. In order to make the transition to the new system as smooth as possible, we ask you to make one person within your organization responsible for managing your account. This person will be able to create sub-accounts for colleagues within your organization. So be sure to take this into account when determining your account admin.
