Do you have a high ceiling or a vide? Then in most cases the length of the original cord is not sufficient. We have an extended lamp cord/cable available for a limited number of lamps. You can order these through a recognized point of sale in your region.

How do I know if an extended lamp cord is available for my lamp?
Since there are only a limited number of lamp cords available, it is best to view the lamp cords category to see which lamps such an extended cord is available for. At the bottom of the page of the specific product you will find a section called “Service part suitable for” which immediately shows you for which fixtures this specific lamp cord is suitable. Of course you can also choose to look up the lamp you have purchased in our webshop. At the bottom of the page for this particular product, there is a section labelled “Service Parts for this Item”, which will immediately show you whether an extended lamp cord is available for this item, along with all other service parts for this lamp.
How do I order my lamp cord?
If an extended lamp cord is available for the lamp you selected, it is best to order it through a recognized point of sale in your region. You can find these points of sale via the “Find your point of sale” page.
Tip: Call or e-mail the point of sale selected by you before you go to the shop. In most cases, they have to order this lamp cord specifically for you, and most likely do not have it in stock.
