Replacing my driver. Does your built-in driver need to be replaced after a long life? Or have you lost a separate driver? Then it is of course a shame for both you and the environment to immediately have to buy a new lamp, especially if you do not think the lamp needs to be replaced yet. That is why we at Lucide have separate drivers available for many of our designs. You can order these through a point of sale in your region, which you can easily find via the page “Find your point of sale”.
Replace a driver yourself? If it concerns a lost driver that has not been built in, you can easily replace it yourself. However, we always advise against replacing a built-in driver yourself without specific technical knowledge. When in doubt, it is always better to seek the help of an expert.
How do I know if the driver I'm looking for is available? Look up the Lucide product you have purchased in our webshop. On the page for this item, there is a section at the bottom with the name “Service parts for this article”. In this section, if available, the appropriate driver is displayed, along with all other service parts available for this item.
How do I order my driver? Again, without specific technical knowledge, never get started with a built-in driver. If you want to order a driver, it is best to contact our authorized sales points. You can find these quickly and easily on the “Find your point of sale” pages.
Tip: Call or email the shop first so that they can order the desired driver especially for you, they do not have these in stock as standard. Always ask for advice and help if you do not have the right expertise.
