How do I know if a replacement glass is available for my lamp?
It is best to look up the Lucide lamp you have purchased in our webshop. At the very bottom of this page, in the section “Service parts for this article”, you will find the glass and other service parts that we have in stock for this article. You can also select the desired glass via the “Glass” page. At the bottom of this page, in the section "Service parts suitable for", you can see for which lamps the glass you have selected is suitable.
How do I order my glass?
You can order the glass through a recognized sales point in your region. You can find these quickly and easily via the “Find your point of sale” page. If the glass you are looking for is not shown in our webshop, then we unfortunately do not have this part available.
Tip: Call or email the shop you have selected first. In almost all cases, these stores do not have this glass in stock for you as standard.
