Product recall
Since Lucide prioritises user-friendliness and strict safety for all its lighting fixtures, we hereby explicitly advise you to return the Goosy Soft table lamp with article number 71567/25/31 (EAN code 54 11212 71271 4).
PROBLEM
We have identified a non-conformity: a defective strain relief makes the product unsafe and poses a possible electrocution hazard. In consultation with FPS Economy, Lucide has therefore decided to withdraw this product from the market and recall it from consumers.
Other Lucide products are not affected by this product recall.

Please stop using the product and return it to the shop or the webshop where you purchased it. You will get a refund (even without a receipt).
